Christmas Ghost Stories

Who doesn’t love a ghost story? And there’s no better time to tell them than at Christmas when we traditionally enjoy tales of spooks and spectres, phantoms and ghouls.

 Award-winning Gothic storyteller Dr Nicolas Grimoire has a wonderful collection of festive frighteners ranging from Victorian classics to twentieth century mysteries with snow-bound settings that range from country mansions and isolated farmhouses to rural roads and rented rooms.

 Because of the nature of these stories the evening is not suitable for the under-fourteens or those of a nervous disposition.

 The performance will last 2 hours, with a half hour interval in the middle with refreshments available in the café. Doors open at 19.00.
